Ian Managing Director
Ian has worked within healthcare transformation and redesign since 2008, bringing a wealth of change management leadership experience from a number of private sector companies such as AXA and RAC.
He was Digital Lead for the Darlington ‘Healthy New Towns’ programme, bringing health into the built and natural environment. As Business Development Manager for County Durham and Darlington Foundation Trust, he was responsible for the development and protection of the Trust’s intellectual property. Ian has been pivotal in the establishment of the Health Call partnership since its creation in 2016.
Claire Business Development Director
3With over 17 years of NHS experience, Claire has a comprehensive background ranging from community pharmacy and medicines optimisation to NHIR clinical research. She has worked across both primary and secondary care, with a particular focus on medical technology.
Claire is our Business Development Director, working across contracts, customer success, marketing and business development.
Roy Senior Clinical Safety Officer
Roy is an acute nurse by background with over 30 years of experience within the NHS, including ward management in a regional Neuroscience unit. Most recently, Roy’s role was within health informatics, where he worked collaboratively with fellow clinicians and IT teams on a wide range of digital developments, supporting the delivery of safe, efficient and effective patient care.
At Health Call, Roy works with the rest of the team to ensure clinical safety processes are embedded in all of the digital pathways we deliver. He also offers clinical safety advice, consultancy and training to our customers within both the public and private sector.
Holly Head of Product and Delivery
Holly brings a wealth of experience spanning 15 years within the technology sector, where she’s held leadership, project, and programme management positions across diverse industries including iGaming, charity, and publishing. With a solid foundation in agile delivery and change management methodologies, Holly has consistently driven successful outcomes in complex project environments.
As Head of Product and Delivery at Health Call, Holly is pivotal in developing and delivering innovative products and new features, to ensure Health Call remains at the forefront of providing cutting-edge digital health solutions.
Barney Business Development Manager
Barney worked in the NHS for over 12 years, with a focus on Data Management and Business Intelligence services and solutions. Having also worked as a support manager at EMIS for five years and, more recently, six years as a Business Development Manager providing analytics, data management and machine learning solutions to the NHS, Barney has a wealth of experience across both the public and private sector.
As Business Development Manager, Barney works to spread the value that Health Call can bring to the NHS with our digital health solutions. Barney’s passion lies in demonstrating that NHS-owned and designed solutions can deliver the best care for the patient alongside value for money.
Janet Senior Product Manager
Janet is an experienced Senior Project & Delivery Manager with a demonstrated track record of working in the Telco digital transformation & healthcare remote monitoring fields. She began her career at BT, working on large-scale web and app delivery & product management. She has professional accreditation and experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
As Senior Product Manager, Janet works to ensure that our Patient Engagement Platform continues to meet our customer’s needs.
Mark Senior Project Manager
Mark has a strong background as an IT project manager, with 22 years experience delivering projects, both internally and to a number of private sector organisations, at IBM.
As Senior Project Manager at Health Call, Mark oversees the seamless end-to-end management of projects, from initiation through to closure.
Dee Office Manager
Dee has over 20 years of experience as a personal assistant and senior administrator, primarily in the private sector, including 10 years as PA to the Chairman within a luxury yacht business.
Dee joined the North East North Cumbria AHSN (now North East North Cumbria Health Innovation Network) in June 2019 as Programme Support Officer for the Great North Care Record, before moving to Health Call where she provides invaluable support for the whole team.
Holly Product Owner
Holly has a background in mechanical engineering, transitioning to project management in 2020. Her qualifications cover PRINCE2, Agile and Change Management methodologies, with practical experience of managing budgets, timelines, and risks effectively.
As Product Owner, Holly uses her wealth of customer-facing experience and in-depth product knowledge to ensure our customers and their patients receive excellent benefit from our services.
Patrick Business Analyst
Patrick joined us at Health Call in November 2022, bringing with him over twenty years experience of delivering software solutions directly to the customer.
