Ian Dove Managing Director

Ian has been involved in healthcare transformation and re-design since 2008 bringing a wealth of change management leadership experience from a number of private sector companies such as AXA and RAC. He has been pivotal in the establishment of the Health Call partnership and was Digital Lead for the Darlington Healthy New Town’s programme, bringing health into the built and natural environment. As Business Development Manager for County Durham and Darlington Foundation Trust, he was responsible for the development and protection of the Trust’s intellectual property.

Fiona McDonald Associate Clinical Director

Fiona has over 30 years experience within the NHS and was the senior clinical lead for the Electronic Prescription Service at NHS Digital, clinical lead delivering the GP Online agenda for NHS England and more recently digital clinical lead for primary care at NHSX and Director of patient preferences and engagement for the Great North Care Record. Fiona is the vice chair for the national CCIO advisory board at Digital Health networks and is a passionate advocate for informatics supporting patients and clinicians to receive and deliver better, safer and more efficient care.

John Inglis-Jones Associate Director of Business Operations & Company Secretary

John has worked in the NHS for over 10 years, having initially joined County Durham and Darlington Community Health Services via the Gateway to Leadership programme in 2009. Since then he has worked in primary, secondary and community care organisations, mainly in business planning, service change, contracting and tendering. Combined with this, between 2011 and 2017, he set up and ran a UK-based charity carrying out health systems development in Central and East Africa.

As Associate Director and Company Secretary, John manages the day to day running of Health Call.

 

Claire Head of Customer Experience

Claire has over 17 years NHS experience from community pharmacy and medicines optimisation to NHIR Clinical Research working in both primary and secondary care with a focus on medical technology. Claire’s role is focused on understanding the clinician and organisation perspective at every interaction across the relationship and project lifecycle, so that Health Call can create a consistently positive experience for customers and their patients.

Lynne Head of Delivery

Lynne is responsible for delivering the solution to customers. Lynne manages the end to end process from design and development through to the implementation of our digital care solution, at scale.

Emma Contracts Manager

Emma is a part of the Business Operations team and is responsible for overseeing contracts. She has a law degree and ensures our contracts are legally compliant and commercially viable.

Dee Office Manager

Dee has over 20 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / senior administrator primarily in the private sector, including 10 years the luxury yacht business where she was PA to the Chairman.  She joined the AHSN NENC in June 2019 as Programme Support Officer for the Great North Care Record before moving to Health Call where she provides support for the whole team.

 

Catherine Clinical Lead

Caroline Business Analyst

Caroline joined the Health Call team in May 2020 as Business Analyst. She provides the interface between users and developers, gathering requirements and working with colleagues to design digital products that achieve goals and are technologically sound.

She also supports with implementation and change management processes. Caroline is a graduate of the NHS Postgraduate Management Scheme with Informatics specialism and has previous NHS experience as an information analyst and in defining digital strategy.

Mark Technical Project Manager

Mark is involved with the end to end management of projects, from initiation through to closure.  An IT project manager with 22 years’ experience delivering projects for IBM, both internally and to a number of private sector organisations.

 

Peter Technical Analyst

Peter recently joined us after spending 22 years in various IT roles in the automotive sector.  Peter’s role is focused on working with the technical team to take system specifications and make them a reality.

 

Justas Technical Analyst

Justas is responsible for developing healthcare services from prototype solutions to scalable regional pathways, in line with the requirements of clinical teams. His role carries the responsibility of applying specialist knowledge in healthcare technology and iterative development principles to deliver contractual milestones.

Jodie Digital Marketing Apprentice

Jodie started working for Health Call in June 2021 as a Digital Marketing apprentice. Jodie’s role is mainly focused on supporting the Marketing team. She is responsible for managing the social media accounts, and coming up with new content to post. Jodie also creates animations and adds content to the website.
