Barney Ulyatt Business Development Manager

Barney has a wealth of experience in the NHS and private sector. He worked in the NHS for over 12 years, focussing on Data Management and Business Intelligence services and solutions. He has also worked as a support manager at EMIS for five years and, more recently six years as a Business Development Manager providing Analytics, data management and machine learning solutions to the NHS.  As business development manager, Barney will be focusing on spreading the value that Health Call can bring to the NHS with our digital health solutions. Barney’s passion lies in demonstrating that NHS-owned and designed solutions can deliver the best care for the patient and value for money.

Holly Roberts Head of Product and Delivery

Holly brings a wealth of experience spanning 15 years within the technology sector, where she’s held leadership, project, and program management positions across diverse industries including iGaming, charity, and publishing. With a solid foundation in agile delivery and change management methodologies, Holly has consistently driven successful outcomes in complex project environments.

As Head of Product and Delivery at Health Call, Holly is pivotal in developing and delivering innovative products and evolving features to ensure Health Call remains at the forefront of providing cutting-edge solutions tailored to enhance the delivery of healthcare services.

Claire Head of Customer Success

Claire has over 17 years NHS experience from community pharmacy and medicines optimisation to NHIR Clinical Research working in both primary and secondary care with a focus on medical technology. Claire’s role is focused on understanding the clinician and organisation perspective at every interaction across the relationship and project lifecycle, so that Health Call can create a consistently positive experience for customers and their patients.

Stuart Finance Manager

Stuart is a Chartered Accountant with 25 + years experience working in an SME environment with sectors covering construction, publishing and software companies.

Stuart is responsible for the financial management of the business, providing guidance to colleagues so sound decisions can be made.

 

Hayley Company Secretary

Hayley has over 14 years experience of working within the NHS in finance and governance.  She is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant and a graduate of the NHS Financial Management training scheme.

Hayley is our Company Secretary, providing support to the Board, maintaining relationships with shareholders and ensuring high standards of corporate governance.

Janet Senior Project & Delivery Manager

Janet is an experienced Senior Project & Delivery Manager with a demonstrated track record of working in the Telco digital transformation & Healthcare remote monitoring fields. She began her career with BT, working on large-scale web and app delivery & product management. She has professional accreditation and experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Mark Senior Project Manager

Mark is involved with the end to end management of projects, from initiation through to closure.  An IT project manager with 22 years’ experience delivering projects for IBM, both internally and to a number of private sector organisations.

 

Holly Project Manager

Holly has a background in mechanical engineering, transitioning to Project Management in 2020. Her qualifications cover PRINCE2, Agile and Change Management methodologies, with some practical experience managing budgets, timelines, and risks effectively. With over 11 years of customer facing experience, she is well-equipped to provide a smooth interface between our clients and the front-line teams who will benefit from our services.

Dee Office Manager

Dee has over 20 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / senior administrator primarily in the private sector, including 10 years the luxury yacht business where she was PA to the Chairman.  She joined the AHSN NENC in June 2019 as Programme Support Officer for the Great North Care Record before moving to Health Call where she provides support for the whole team.

 

Catherine Product Specialist

Helen Marketing Manager

Helen oversees all marketing and public relations activities. In her role, she is responsible for managing the Health Call brand, developing the business’s marketing strategy, building brand awareness and communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Helen has over six years of experience in communications and marketing, working within non-for-profit and health and social care organisations. She has a wide range of marketing skills but a love for brand strategy and design.

Kay Customer Experience Manager

Kay looks after our customers along their Health Call journey and actively seeks collaborative opportunities. Her role is to fully understand our customer’s needs and to continuously improve their experience and Health Call services. From gathering feedback to meeting new customers and day-to-day troubleshooting for the team, Kay is dedicated to ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.

Roy Clinical Safety Officer

Roy is an acute nurse by background with over 30 years NHS experience including ward management in a regional neuroscience’s unit. The most recent part of his career has been in health informatics where he has worked collaboratively with fellow clinicians and IT teams on a wide range of digital developments, supporting the delivery of safe, efficient and effective patient care.

In Health Call, Roy works with the rest of the team to ensure clinical safety processes are embedded in all the digital pathways we deliver.

Joe is a Mental Health nurse by background with a keen interest in clinical research and digital health innovation.

Marc Senior Business Analyst

As a Project Manager in the Customer Solutions team, Marc is tasked with delivering the pathways and products that our customers require. He does this by utilising the diverse skills of the Health Call team, understanding and managing opportunities and risks, and communicating with stakeholders to a high standard.

Marc is passionate about creating the right conditions for positive change for the public and front line teams we serve. He has a broad range of project management and change management experience to deliver this, bringing more than 15 years experience working in Development and Delivery roles across specialist services in Health and Social Care environments.

Patrick Business Analyst

Patrick joined us at Health Call in November 2022 bringing with him over twenty years’ experience of delivering software solutions direct to the customer.
