by Claire Graham on 8th March 2024Female Leader in Health Tech
Today, on International Women’s Day, it’s important to acknowledge the progress we’ve made in the tech industry towards diversity, equity and inclusion, while also recognising the work that still needs to be done. As a woman leader in tech, I’m privileged to share my thoughts on this journey and the support we’ve received along the way.
At the forefront of this discussion is Health Call, an organisation committed to revolutionising healthcare through technology and championing women’s voices in the field. Health Call’s initiatives have empowered women and fostered a more inclusive tech landscape.
Health Call supports women in tech, and they recognise the unique challenges faced by women in male-dominated spaces and, today, commit to providing tailored support and resources to level the playing field.
What’s inspiring about Health Call’s approach is their recognition of the need for a cultural shift within the tech industry towards greater inclusivity, diversity and collaboration. They celebrate the achievements of women in tech and amplify their voices, reshaping the narrative and paving the way for future generations of female leaders.
As we commemorate International Women’s Day, let’s celebrate our progress and recommit ourselves to the work that still lies ahead. Let’s champion diversity, equity and inclusion in all its forms, both within our organisations and throughout the tech community at large.
To my fellow women in tech: remember that your voice matters, your ideas are valuable, and your potential is limitless. Together, let’s continue to break barriers, defy expectations, and drive positive change in the world of technology.
